Anne-Marie Duff is an English actor and narrator. Duff has graduated from Drama Centre London in 1990 and made her first TV appearances with Trial & Retribution Amongst Women & Aristocrats. Anne-Marie Duff was born 8th October, 1970 located in Chiswick London. Anne-Marie Duff (8 October 1970) was an English stage-and-screen actress. Her first big role in the screen was Fiona Gallagher from the UK show Shameless in the series' initial two seasons. The Virgin Queen (2006) was the next, and she played the role of Queen Elizabeth. The TV series From Darkness (2013) also had her playing the lead character. The filmography of Duff comprises Enigma (2001), The Magdalene Sisters and notes on the Scandal (2006) French Film (2007) The Last Station Nowhere Boy Before I go to Sleep (2014) and Suffragette in 2015. Duff was nominated to win BAFTA Awards in Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress as well as Best Actress in Shameless The Virgin Queen. In addition to that she received the BAFTA Cymru Award in Best Actress in 2007 for her performance in the TV movie The History of Mr Polly. Anne-Marie Duff is an accomplished award-winning English actress who is thriving in establishing herself in showbiz performing in television as well as theatres, with great elan. She achieved mainstream fame as Fiona Gallagher from the British comedy drama Shameless. Anne-Marie is also a talented stage actress with more than two decades experience on the stage.
